The industrial touch all-in-one machine can be used in a variety of occasions, such as conference rooms, classrooms, business inquiries, airports, stations, etc. In fact, in addition to these conventional applications, other embedded projects can also use the industrial control touch all-in-one machine. It has high convenience and efficiency. During use, some failures will inevitably occur, such as failure to display the screen, failure to open, etc. Industrial touch all-in-one machines are mainly used in industrial sites related to production and manufacturing, such as continuous production, batch manufacturing and batch processing. The industrial touch integrated machine monitors and controls the production process in real time. When the working conditions change, it responds quickly, collects and adjusts the output in time, and resets itself in distress to ensure the normal operation of the system.
Industrial touch screen
The Industrial Touch screens has abundant I/O interfaces and various types of expansion slots, and is connected with various peripherals and boards in the industrial field to complete various tasks. In the industrial field, the use environment of the industrial control touch all-in-one machine is complex, such as dust, high-frequency vibration, etc., which may cause the industrial control touch all-in-one machine to fail. How to solve the problem that the industrial touch all-in-one cannot be started?
1. There is no response when the Industrial Touch screens is started, the indicator light of the industrial motherboard does not light up, and the power supply fan does not rotate.
(1) First, check whether the power supply of the industrial control touch all-in-one machine is normal.
(2) If the power supply is normal, it should be considered whether the power supply of the industrial control touch all-in-one computer is faulty. Use tweezers or wire to short the green and black wires of the ATX power connector. If the power supply fan of the Industrial Touch screens can work normally, it means that the power supply is not faulty. At this point, you should consider whether the industrial motherboard is faulty. Remove all external devices on the industrial motherboard, leaving only the memory and hard disk, and then start the industrial control touch all-in-one computer to see if it can run normally. If not, you can remove the memory to see if it alarms; then check if the CPU is working properly; finally, replace the industrial motherboard and check whether the industrial motherboard is short-circuited or burned out.
2. When the industrial control touch all-in-one computer starts, the power supply fan can run, but it cannot work normally.
(1) If there is a warning sound when the Industrial Touch screens starts, check whether the memory stick is loose, and re-insert the memory or replace the memory to see if it can run normally. If not, replace the industrial motherboard.
(2) There is no warning sound when the Industrial Touch screens starts up, and the CPU fan is running normally, but it cannot be initialized normally. It is necessary to analyze whether there are accessories on the industrial motherboard that cause a short circuit or the industrial motherboard is burned out.
(3) There is no warning sound when the Industrial Touch screens starts, and the CPU fan stops rotating for a while. Repeat this, considering that there is a problem with the power supply or the CPU is loose. You can re-plug the power supply, discharge the industrial motherboard, clear the CMOS, and reinstall the CPU.
(4) When the industrial control touch all-in-one computer starts, it stays on the system initialization startup interface and cannot proceed to the next step. At this point, check the peripheral part to see if there is a U disk and other U disk devices connected. Remove the related equipment and restart, the Industrial Touch screens can run normally
